Hematoid Quartz Point also known as Harlequin quartz is from Minas Gerias Brazil. The color of this quartz is found in nature just as you see it. It grew with hematite to create the rich red color
This matrix features nice chunky nuggets on a white crystal base. It has a band of bright red dissecting the matrix and is clearly visible on the sides. The crystals on top are peppered with a darker maroon color, not coated but peppered. Measures roughly 3 inches oval and 1.5 inches high and has a flattened base.
