Dinosaur Bone on Matrix
These specimens are from the sandy KT Boundary of the Hell Creek
formation of Harding County South Dakota. Late Cretaceous in
age, some 65 million years old. The bones are from the Duck
billed dinosaur Edmontodaurus annectens or a Crocodilian reptile,
Champsosaurus. All the matrix are very dimensional.

Polished Dinosaur Bone:
These chunks of dinosaur bone have a polished cross section. These particular
fragments all show excellent cell structure detail and have a lot of color. The polish
further brings out the detail of the specimen. These are from a non-identified species,
Cretaceous in age (65-144 million years) and were collected from the Judith River
formation in Montana, USA.
